    I have reported this before as a hazard and now a family member has done $5000 damage to there care because of it. This hole is where a gap in city storm drains are not connected. It has been ope for more than 3 years. The response that this is private property is incorrect, it is a utility right of way and the City of Houston's responsibility. Please either connect storm drain or put curbing to turn into a proper drainage ditch not just a 4 foot deep hole.
