This car is perpetually parked across the sidewalk. Sidewalks aren’t driveways, Jeanatal. Snap out of it.

I know the various people in wheelchairs in the neighborhood (including the one two blocks up your own street) are happier now that another neighbor has now added to my original report from 16 months ago.
